Status colors

• Records are every Onro order in any status plus delivered Mobilus orders. The date and time is the delivery time for delivered orders and the time of the last status change for everything else. Late, retry and trip-time figures cover delivered orders only.
• Canceled orders run from Sep 2 to Oct 6. Thirteen were canceled before the Sep 7 go-live, and 17 were canceled by support at about 1:04 AM on Sep 7, so some are likely setup or test orders. Onro leaves the cancellation reason blank.
• Mobilus covers deliveries from Jan 1 to Sep 8, 2026. Onro covers Sep 8 to Oct 5, 2026, delivered orders only, and Oct 5 is a partial day. Both sources appear on Sep 8.
• Late means delivered at 9:30 PM or later. This matches the workbook, which also flags orders delivered at exactly 9:30 PM.
• City uses the workbook value when present. Blanks are filled from the address text, then from the postal area. Stoney Creek is shown as Hamilton.
• Onro pharmacy names are mapped to their Mobilus names. Names with no confident match show as recorded in Onro.
• Special handling comes from Mobilus tags and, for Onro, from delivery notes only.
• Attempt counts per order are recorded for Onro orders only. Mobilus failed attempts come from the workbook's Failed Delivery Orders sheet and appear only in the driver failed-attempts report, not in the order list.
• Reporting has its own filters and no date filter: the charts always cover January to date. Months and weeks that are not finished are drawn lighter or dashed. An account counts as new from the month of its first order; accounts that ordered in January are treated as existing because the data starts there. Pharmacy accounts whose name ends in .demo were test accounts and are removed from the console entirely. Other demo and test accounts are left out of account counts.
• Mobilus order IDs are generated from the delivery details because Mobilus has no order number.
